It seems that the quality of the M3i Zero body is worse than the M3DS Real. Both of the cases of M3i Zero and M3DS Real are absolutely the same, it feels just as flimsy. But the function is powerful, especially two methods to upgrade. If you choose update with cable,you don’t need another DSL.
How to set up M3i zero
1.Format TF (micro-SD card) firstly
2.Download the F_core.dat file and the SYSTEM file and then upzip and store in one file.
(F_CORE.DAT, its the upgrade file), and 1 folder (SYSTEM, its the software the M3ds real needs to run on) onto your micro sd card. Make sure both of the file and folder are at in the “ROOT” of the micro sd card.
3.Insert micro sd card into the M3i zero
4.Put the upgrade cable into the M3
5.Plug the USB port into your PC, or anything that has a port that will give it power
6.After blinking for about 15~20 seconds, M3i zero is enabled
Note:
LED lights on – error (no “f_core.dat” or wrong file etc.)
LED lights off – no power or complete
7.plug off the upgrade cable from your PC and M3i, and then insert M3i into your DS/DSi, meanwhile, you can now delete the file F_CORE.DAT from the micro sd card as it will no longer be needed (its only needed to flash your m3i once!)
8.Download System file for M3i Zero and Unzip the file to copy the folder” SYSTEM” to the root folder of microSD card.
9.Insert the microSD into the M3i Zero and then insert the M3i Zero together with MicroSD to DS, DS Lite, or DSi
10.Turn on the game console and enjoy your games.
